New Favicon

I created a new favicon for this site, as I had only thrown the old one up because I was ready to launch the site, and hadn't made one yet. The old one was was a slightly larger representation of the little comment bubble that can be seen to the left of the number of comments. Not much to look at. Hopefully you all will like the new one a bit better - I do. :)
