I recently posted about a bad experience I had with Macromedia. Seems Macromedia actually cares about it's customers and has contacted me to try to make it right. A customer service representative contacted me (via email, and then phone) and told me that they would like to acknowledge my feedback (via my blog - I did not send them direct feedback) and that my concern about the wording of pending orders is being adddressed by the proper department. I can only hope it's enough to affect a change.
So thank you, Macromedia, for restoring my faith in you, and for turning a bad experience into a good one.
